We're looking for two energetic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Managers (Telly Callers). In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for making outgoing calls to build rapport with our customers, answer their inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls
• Build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide clear and informative responses
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  
  

To be successful, you'll need:

• Up to 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (a plus!)
• Excellent communication and Excel related basic knowledge
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• A graduation degree
