1 . Why I don't see return option in my account?

This is possible for following reasons:

1. Your order has been shipped but yet not delivered to you. In such scenario return option will become visible once your order is delivered to you.

2. You have already returned some of the products. You can place return request only once.

3. Your order is delivered and 5 days have already passed, in this scenario your order status will be complete and you will not be able to return products now.

2 . When will the return order picked up?

Most of the times our shipping partners are very quick in return pickup. However, you can expect this to happen in 24 to 48 hours. You may get a notification for schedule pickup as well.

3 . What are non-returnable items in Trylo?

Broadly panty, mask and accessories are not returnable. Any item on promotion will be non-returnable. However, on each product pages you can clearly see whether you can return that product or not.

4 . What are conditions for return?

Conditions for Return:

1. You can request refund for bra as per the maximum time limit mentioned in product page.

2. Products/Items must be UNUSED.

3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

5 . My area is not serviceable for return, what to do?

Post COVID-19 conditions, many area pin code keeps on changing from serviceable to non-serviceable. If that is the reason you can always approach our customer care team on +919687688705 they will guide you.

6 . Is it necessary to return whole order?

No. Not at all. For example you have order 5 different products and you are not happy with 1 particular product, you can return that particular product only.

7 . How to return product or products?

REGULAR POLICY

Step 01: Go to My Account section on the website. Click the last option Login. Now you should see a screen Login with OTP. Enter your mobile number there (use the number with which you are already registered on our website). You will get an SMS with OTP. Enter the OPT and now the system will take you to my account section.

Step 02: By default you would be in My Orders section (if not click My Orders). You will see all your orders, status, order total, order date, return etc. Click on Return.

Step 03: System will take you to return window. You need to choose quantity for return. You also need to tick mark on return box.

Step 04: Now if you had placed order with Cash on Delivery (COD) method you will be required to enter following bank details. Your Bank Account Number, IFSC code, Full Name as in bank, Mobile Number and Email. If you have already entered bank details earlier you simply need to choose it. If you had paid online, you need not required to enter bank details.

Step 05: Now you need to choose reason for returning a product. Either select from given option or write your own reason by clicking other.

Note: Once you submit return request you will get an SMS and Email from our side which confirms that your refund request has been placed.

8 . Do I get shipping charges refunded in case of refund request?

If you return entire order, yes you will get full refund of shipping charges. If you return only a part of your order, in that case based on remaining value of order it will be decided whether shipping charges will be refunded or not. (As if now shipping charges are applicable below Rs.500 order).

9 . Can I return the product to the delivery person if I don’t like?

Nope, you cannot. But rest assured our return policies are very customer friendly. You can always generate a refund request if products are not matching your expectations. This system is developed for better tracking of all transactions and easy refund of money.

10 . Can I return panty?

Sorry you cannot return panty for hygiene reasons. All panty products are non returnable as mentioned in the panty product page.

11 . Are your return policy keeps on changing with promotions?

We have covered major aspects in our return policies but as and when there is specific promotion, we may modify the policy to be more meaningful in terms of promotion. But, those changes are customer friendly.

12 . When will I get Refund?

We will process the refund after the product is picked up by shipping company appointed by us.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

Orders paid by net banking accounts or Cash will be credited back to bank account. At the time of generating refund request, you will be asked to enter your bank details.

Once the product is picked up from your doorstep refund process will be initiated.

Depending on day, date, time, bank, Credit Card Company and mode of payment refund will be credited in 01 to 07 days.

In case, refund process is failed by a bank, we will send cheque favouring the name with which order was placed.

13 . What payment methods you Trylo support?

At Trylo we have given many options for your convenience which includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI and COD.

14 . What is COD or Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable with online payment you choose COD (Cash on Delivery)option for payment. In this method you will pay once the shipping person brings your parcel to your doorstep. You need to pay and then you get parcel.

15 . What is a COD fee?

A COD fee is a convenience fees charged on all COD orders. You will pay Rs.100 extra over the cart value to avail this service.

16 . What if payment is debited and still not received order id from Trylo?

We have defined our system in a way where you will get order id once the payment is confirmed in bank. Sometime, due to internet speed, network, or other technical aspects you may experience little delay in getting order ID. But this should happen within few minutes only. Even after waiting for few minutes, if you don’t get order Id, please contact our customer care on +91 9687688705 they will help you with the status.

17 . If I return or cancel order will GST amount be refunded?

YES absolutely. If you cancel order, request refund for part of order or full order, your concerned portion of GST will be refunded without any deduction.

18 . I got message refund failed, what to do now?

Not to worry. Trylo customer care is there with you.

This can happen if your bank or Credit Card Company is facing any issue in authorization. Broadly, it is also possible if you have done some typing error in bank account, IFSC code, etc.

If this has happened, you can always approach our customer care team. They will take you bank details and amount will be deposited in your account. So, don’t worry, your money is safe.

19 . For COD can I check the package before I pay?

Unfortunately, NO. You need to pay and sign before accepting the package. But rest assured, if you find any discrepancy in products, as per the return policy, you can always raise a refund request.

20 . Do you accept payment in International currency?

As if now we accept payment in INR (Indian Rupees) only. But, yes soon we coming with this facility as well.

21 . Can I change bank details after I requested for refund?

NO. Once the refund process initiates, you cannot change banking details for transaction. However, if you have made any mistake in typing you can always approach our customer care team.

22 . Are your invoices with GST?

YES, the invoice value you see for your order is with GST. As per the Indian law GST is required to be paid by the end customer.

23 . Are there any hidden charges or taxes?

No, your invoice value is the final amount you pay. There are no other hidden charges or taxes. Our shipping partners will never ask for a single rupee extra even for a COD orders. If anyone bothers you by asking additional amount, do inform our customer care team.

24 . Why I don’t get option to cancel my order?

If the order is already shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Once the order is delivered, check it. If need be you can request the refund.

25 . How to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped by visiting the My Account. Login to your account with OTP and select the order you want to cancel. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may not be able to cancel the order online.

26 . Does Trylo give complete refund against my cancelled order?

YES

Trylo offers 100% refund against your cancelled order, though we don’t like you to cancel order.

27 . Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Yes, as long as shipping label has not been generated, you can get in touch with our customer care team and they will do the needful for required changes in address and phone number.

But, if shipping label is already generated in that case it will not be possible.

However, you can add multiple addresses in My Account section so next time you can choose where to deliver your products.

28 . Do you deliver on all pin code of India?

Delivery is a third party dependent service. We have chosen and include partners who can reach maxim pin codes but every shipping partner is having their own limitations. As a result we are not able to serve all pin codes of India.

29 . Do you deliver outside India?

As if now we are not delivering at international destinations with standard shipping services. But, if you want we can arrange for a special package and delivery service. For that you need to speak to our customer care team members.

30 . Do you have any premium delivery system?

Sorry madam, as if now we have only single mode of delivery system

Our shipping company is known for timely delivery so rest assured once you place order.

31 . How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will get an SMS & Email from Trylo Intimates with tracking link. With single click on that link you can check the position of your order.

32 . How do I get copy of invoice for my order placed with Trylo?

When your parcel arrives, we send a hard copy of invoice along with that. We also send the same on your email id.

Apart from that you can go to My Account section and click the order number. You will see INVOICES tab over there. Click that.

Now you should see your invoice number with Print Invoice option. From there you can download PDF.

33 . How much will shipping cost me?

 your order value is more than Rs.500 in that case ZERO shipping charges will be applicable.

If your order value is less than Rs.500 in that case flat Rs.70 will be applicable for single parcel.


34 . The package I received was damage?

To ensure you receive the products in the best conditions, we go for double packaging. Our original products boxes are covered with outer packaging box and wrapped with adhesive tape. If outer box is damaged, still your inner boxes will be safe. However, if you think the outer box is too damaged we suggest not accepting parcel.

35 . What is average delivery time?

We deliver most orders in a week time but can depend on following conditions

1. Your geographical location is very important. Few places in south, east or north can take up to 10 days

2. If you have placed order during a vacation time it will take little longer than usual

3. If there is some natural calamities or bad weather conditions or political turmoil due to which its almost impossible to reach your area in such scenario delivery can take more days.


36 . What should I do if I miss my delivery?

Our shipping partner normally gives a call before coming to your address. If you are not available on that particular day, you can give them your convenient time, they will attempt delivery on that day. Alternatively you can pick it from the delivery company office as well.

37 . Why is the Cash on Delivery (COD) option not offered in my location?

There can be two reasons for this.

Reason 01: COD services are given by our shipping partners and they may not serve this facility on all pin code.

Reason 02: COD orders are available till certain amount only. If your cart value is exceeding that limit of single order you will not get option of COD payment. But the good news is that, most of the time, with online payment we offer additional discounts!

This threshold keeps on changing from time to time and seasons to season.

38 . Will all products be shipped together?

Yes, we ship all the products together. If any product which you have ordered and not available in stock in that case shipping will be little delay but you will get single parcel. In rare case, you can expect our customer care executive to call you if there is any need to split the order in multiple parcels.

39 . Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

No. Anyone on your behalf can receive the order. However, as the shipping services are handled by third party, they may send OTP which you might need to pass to the receiver.

Once the order is received by anyone, you will get an SMS & Email confirming that order has been delivered.
