Refund Policy

We have 10 Days easy return policy on the majority of the product category, however, certain categories are non-returnable and so non-refundable for example panties for hygiene reasons are not returnable.

Under this policy, your order will remain in delivered status for 10 days from the delivery date

Within these 10 days you can easily request a refund by visiting the ‘My Account’ section. Just go to the Orders tab and click on the Return/ Refund button.

Follow the instructions and submit a Refund Request.

Our delivery partner will pick up the order and once the status is updated in our system, we shall refund your payment to your original payment source, in most cases this happens within 2-3 hours only! In case of COD, you will be required to add your bank details. Bank transfers can take up to 48 working hours.
