Refund Policy

  1. 1. Refunds are available for both regular orders and exchange orders.
  2. 2. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been successfully picked up by the shipping partner appointed by us.
  3. 3. For orders paid using a Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or other online payment methods, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source.
  4. 4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account. You will be required to provide your bank account details while submitting the refund request.
  5. 5. Most refunds are processed after the product pickup is completed. However, depending on your bank, payment provider, processing time, weekends, or public holidays, the refunded amount may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
  6. 6. In the unlikely event that a bank refund fails, we may issue a cheque in the name of the person who placed the order.
  7. 7. Please note that COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
